Job Description
To Maintain all AHU’s,Chillers and Cooling Towers
To maintain all parameters of HVAC Logbook
To do preventive Maintainance on all AHUs ,Chiller & Cooling Tower .
To monitor /Record Temp /Humidity in Production /Marketing Area.
Operates and maintains Building Management System (BMS) that include HVAC, Lighting, Security, Fire Suppression, Power Generation, Plumbing, CCTV and Electrical.
Monitors of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler Water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, fresh air handling unit, Fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation elevator control in the building.
2. Job Vacancy For Boiler Operator
Job Description
Daily Monitoring of Boiler Operation ,Process Fuel for Boiler
To maintain Log Book for Boiler
To do prevantive maintance of boiler as per schedule
To check any steam leakage
Emergency handling, Decision making Monitoring of start up and shut down activity
and guiding field operators
Operating boiler and auxiliary equipment.
Ability to establish sound communication across different levels.Knowledge of boiler water testing or analysis.
Routine checkup of all boiler mounting and auxiliary like BFP , All draught ,CHP
ASH handling system , Vibration ,Temperature , lubrication oiling and Greasing.
Also Knowledge of permit issues and close.
know about 5s concept.
3. Job Vacancy For Engineer Maintenance
Job Description
To maintain /repair plant Machines and Utilities .
To Maintain /Reccord P.M.S. ,Log Books
To reduce batch downtime ant Machines to set high prductivity and efficiency
To Maintain the Spare parts for Machinery .

4. Job Vacancy For Engineer – QA /QC (Tablet and Capsule )
Job Description
· Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Program and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
· Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
· Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
· Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
· Waterproofing checking the underground level and in wet areas in the building.
· Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
· Finishing work checking in a presence of the Engineer block, plaster, painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, ceiling and light fittings.
· Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
